The purpose of attending GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Pre-training presents the opportunity to deepen an established practice for self study and or become a trainer of the method.
Pre trainings are held over the course of 6 days/30 hours. They can be taken individually or within a group setting. Further information regarding Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic teacher training can be found here.
